the CI Lagrangian, a quantity which is necessary for the
computation of CI gradients.

       =   1 forces out of core formation
 
 NWORD =   0 (0=use all available memory)
 
 NDAR  = 4000
 
 LDAR  = Length of each direct access record
         (default is NINTMX from $INTGRL)
